The works comprised the refurbishment and reconfiguring
of the ground floor retail units, the conversion of the upper
floors back to eight residential apartments and the
restoration of the 1640s building to a single family house.
The latter involved considerable investigative work to rectify
serious faults within the original structure. I was appointed
as Conservation Architect for David Archer Architects Ltd for
the works involved.
